10. People's Democratic Party Dominates National Assembly Elections

In the recent National Assembly Elections 2023-2024 general round, the People's Democratic Party secures victories in 30 constituencies, emerging as the dominant force. The Bhutan Tendrel Party positions itself as the opposition party, securing support in seventeen constituencies. The People's Democratic Party receives a total of 179,652 votes, while the Bhutan Tendrel Party secures 147,123 votes.
